Cancellation and billing
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel with one click in your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No notice period, no penalties, no questions.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. We believe if the tools are good enough, you will stay. If they are not, you should be able to leave.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your case data stays available for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything before or after you cancel.
- Do you offer hardship pricing?
- Yes. If you are eligible for court fee remission (Help with Fees), you qualify for 50% off any paid plan. Contact us to set this up.
