Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan needs no card. You only add one if you choose a paid plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Manage billing on your subscription page. Cancelling ends your paid features, not your case.
What happens to my case if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your case stays in your account on the free plan. Anything over a free limit stays there to view and download, but you cannot add more until you are under the limit.
What if I run out of letters this month?
Free allowances reset on the 1st of each month. Paid plans reset on your billing date each month. You can wait for the reset, or move up a plan. Letters you have already decoded stay in your account.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. You can move up or down on your subscription page.
